As the Chairman of the Sonoma County Republican Party, I am happy to report that we are focusing on a comprehensive political agenda that will provide the strong, conservative voice that we need in Sonoma County.

We understand that there needs to be a real choice in Sonoma County. Otherwise, political power will continue to be accumulated by unelected bureaucrats, machine politicians, and leftist extremists who have contempt for traditional values and private property rights.

There is a growing concern in Sonoma County about the social and economic costs of illegal immigration; the spread of street gangs; and the limitation of our private property rights. We believe that the machine politicians and their leftist allies fail consistently to grasp the extent of these problems and to offer serious solutions.

We Republicans stand resolved to offer a choice; to promote candidates that will provide serious solutions to these problems; and to uphold our heritage as the Party of Abraham Lincoln. We know that the values behind the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Abolition of Slavery, and the fundamental Rights of Man are as valid today as anytime.

The Sonoma County Republican Party consistently has the highest turnout of Republicans of any other county in California. That is a record of which we are proud.
